Frequently Asked Questions About Jerky Pouches
Our high barrier EVOH films are common in the meat and cheese packaging space. Ask your co-packer if oxygen absorber or desiccant packets are required for your jerky product. Important: Ask your co-packer about running a trial, to verify the material before we print.
Those would be either an oxygen absorber (to absorb oxygen) or a desiccant (to absorb moisture). Make sure you’re using the proper packet to avoid product spoilage.
Ask a packaging specialist to get more details about our sustainable films. It’s important to ensure the material is suitable for your packing process.
15 business days AFTER proof approval. Rush orders are available from time to time. Roll stock is about 5 business days faster, since we don’t have to pouch the film.
