Meat pouches are usually done as flat pouches on an EVOH material. This same material can be used for other food products, such as cheese.

THINGS TO KNOW.
Those would be either an oxygen absorber (to absorb oxygen) or a desiccant (to absorb moisture). Make sure you’re using the proper packet to avoid product spoilage.
Our high barrier EVOH films are common in the meat and cheese packaging space. Ask your co-packer if oxygen absorber or desiccant packets are required for your jerky product. Important: Ask your co-packer about running a trial, to verify the material before we print.
