Our latest acquisition is a major win for our customers. Especially in our growing flexible packaging segment. Here are 3 major benefits.

Whenever we acquire new equipment or improves our processes, we want to showcase the direct benefit to our customers. 

With the recent acquisition of AccuFlex (read press release here) our flexible packaging resources and capacity have essentially doubled. More equipment and team members gives The Pouch House an opportunity to leverage more capacity and increase our sustainable packaging offerings.

Here are 3 major benefits our customers will experience.

#1 - Another HP25000 digital press, complementing our existing HP25000.

What this means for you?:

More printing presses means more throughput and capacity. We can keep lead times efficient and increase the chances to help our customers who “need it yesterday”.

#2 - E-Beam (aka: Electron Beam)  coater and laminator.

What this means for you?:

Better sustainability. E-Beam coating gives your package a gloss or matte finish, without an extra layer of film laminate. Perfect for bio-based and compostable pouches.

#3 - 2 new pouching lines and spouting capabilities.

What this means for you?:

We can increase our capacity for converting the film into finished pouches while offering new form factors. Most notably, fin sealed bar wrappers and spouted pouches.

Lastly, and certainly not least, we are able to incorporate a new talented staff of operators and production specialists. More experienced team members creates a better buyer experience.
